Inspired by local NC speciality pie from Surry County where fruit base pies are topped with pancake batter as crusts, this is our multicultural frozen take on a truly North Carolinian speciality that is worthy of a designated trail experience. Fresh peach base with Carolina gold rice, cardamom and Altman Farm pancake bites soaked in orange blossom syrup. Not a vegan flavor.
